We are looking for Senior Activity Leaders who have a good general knowledge of sports and activities, a good understanding of health and safety as it relates to sports instruction and some experience of working with children in a professional context.
We are looking for applicants who are organised, efficient and flexible and who are able to work in a busy, fast-paced and often challenging Summer School environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work calmly, effectively and accurately even whilst under pressure.
The ability to build a friendly but professional rapport with staff members, lead them efficiently, set standards and norms of good practice and deal with any problems swiftly and appropriately, are all basic requirements of this post.
We are looking for Senior Activity Leaders who are hard-working, reliable and professional and for those who are willing to go the extra mile to help to ensure the smooth running of the Activities Programme.
