Working Day

The Administrator works closely with the Centre Director and carries out administrative duties relating to students and staff and helps to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Much of the day is spent in the office dealing with phone calls and requests from staff, students, parents, agents and visitors. As such, the Administrator must be approachable, welcoming and professional at all times. Specific duties include supporting the managers with admin-related tasks, such as data entry, preparing lists, logging information and taking minutes in meetings.
The Managers’ office is the centre of the Summer School and it can get busy and intense, especially during student free time and on arrival and departure days, when many things can be happening at the same time.
